What is your Return Policy?


If for any reason a Customer is dissatisfied with a product and wishes to return their purchase, Laurel Rose offers a 30-day, money-back guarantee to all Retail and Subscription Customers (the 30 days start at the time of purchase).

If the product was purchased via an Independent Laurel Rose Rep website, or if the product was purchased directly from an Independent Laurel Rose Rep via their website using the “already received” button, the 30-day, money-back satisfaction guarantee applies.

However, if the product was purchased directly from an Independent Laurel Rose Rep without using their website and the “already received” button, this order will not be eligible for a refund from the company. A customer will need to deal directly with the rep that sold the product to them.

In order to facilitate the return process and receive a full refund (minus the cost of shipping), the Customer is required to contact Laurel Rose support to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. This number must be written on the outside of the shipping box. If a package is returned without an RMA number, this may result in a delay or refusal of the refund. 

Orders must be returned in its original packaging, along with the original invoice.

The Customer is responsible for the cost of return freight. Non-accepted delivery charges will be debited to the Customer’s account for refusing the product.

Any return/ refund that takes place will put a block on that customer from being able to place an order for the next 6 months.
